Performance Analyzing:
Define and Build the data analysis to evaluate marketing initiatives and campaign & category results with detailed findings and implications and present to key stakeholders at all levels
Provide the insights to the organization on appropriate metrics, scorecards and dashboards to optimize performance
Develop the way for result visualization and create the slides with analytical insights for senior team members and key stakeholders
Analyze and evaluate category performance and penetration within representatives and build recommendation to maximize the sales
Participation in past periods results evaluation, analyze actual results versus the forecast, prior year, targets and provide comments on deviations of actual results in comparison to forecast
Investigate and find the best practices about the marketing analytics and ensure the implementation
Preparation, coordination and consolidation of Avon’s performance analysis :
Collaborate with IMI group to investigate the correlation between internal and external data and develop the recommendation on business development
Collaborate with sales analytics team and ensure the integration of sales analytics insights into marketing analytics and marketing KPI’s projections
Collaborate with finance analytics team and ensure integration of marketing analytics insights into financial business forecast
Provide analytical support for the existing processes (S&OP, Business reviews, Marketing conferences, Strategy meetings and ect. ), initiatives and projects
Make the projections of marketing KPI’s performance based on internal and external data, define the risks and opportunities, make the required communications to stakeholders
Business cases:
Business cases for marketing activations calculation and post evaluation
Provide recommendations for activations plans adjustment to maximize the investments’ effectives
Projects participation:
Provide analytical, performance evaluation support for marketing projects
Provide the coordination and participate the cross functional initiatives and projects
Lead analytics work stream for projects
Requirments
To be successfull on this role you should have solid experience in business performance, sales KPI’s and products analytics. Experienced in business cases evaluations, business performance KPI’s forecasting with high level working knowledge on analytical techniques and strong leadership.
Professional experience
3-5 years experience in internal analytics, reporting , forecasting ( in Marketing or Sales departments preferably)
Experience in business performance analytics, conclusions and summary providing, recommendations development and presenting to managment
Experience in business KPI’s modeling and performance development options evaluation, risks & opportunities assessment for management decisions making process
Experience in business cases calculation & post evaluation, providing recommendations for investments’ effectives maximization
Experience in cooperation and partnership building with other departments and functions (marketing, sales, finance)
Experience with data warehouses, data mining and data analysis techniques
Expert skills
Very strong analytical skills with ability to draw clear conclusions
Very good communication skills and ability effectively cooperate with internal partners and stakeholders (marketing, sales, finance)
Strong presentation skills with ability to present the outcome of analytics and conclusions
Power point– advanced user
Advanced Excel (macroses) user as a must
Strong working knowledge of relational databases and advanced knowledge of Access, SQL
Tableau, Mircostrategy BI working knowledge as benefit
