Every product needs to be better for his customers. How can you do this? You have many options to do this: find some reviews in the web, read users tweets, comments, emails, etc. But most correct and simple way - ask they by direct poll, like this:

- Users satisfaction. Show you how your customers satisfaction by your product. Also, you can use this information and create some time graphs;
- Features to change or correct. Show current customer problems inside your product;
- Features to adding. Collect some new idea by your customers. This is a really great thing!
